Syrma house will travel you back to the past with its originality. It is 85m2 and is recommended for family holidays or romantic excursions. The location at the best sandy part of the beach (in front of the sea), the 100 years old building and the antique furnitures guarantee a unique feeling.
During the day, paddling by boat or by the canoe will be a challenge. Visit the caves on the sea or the few remainings of an ancient town under the sea, just next to the village. Four lifejackets are provided making the experience safer. As an alternative, use the fishing equipment which is a common habit at this village and the small carbon barbeque (located outside) may seems useful. Of course, the best hour of the day is during the sunset which is exactly in front of the house.
The house offers a comfortable and pleasant staying as it is consisted of 2 levels.
The ground level is a comfortable big unified area where you will find the kitchen, the dining room and the sitting room, all with a stunning view to the sea. On the same level you will also find the WC with the shower.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms. One bedroom with one double bed and the other with one single and one double bed. You will also find a small second WC.
In front of the house there is a balcony with a breathtaking view to the blue water of the Aegean Sea and the sunset, full of sun all day and at the backyard there is a veranda which offers a nice breeze and shade.

The village is charming and photographic with its little white and coloured houses built along the water.
Ducks and cats also love the village. You can find 1 tavern by foot. Other restaurants, food markets and shops are 4 minutes away by car.
The distance from the port is 8 minutes by car and from the airport 10 minutes by car. Due to island's size and numerous beaches, we recommend to find a way of transportation (even for a few days). You could use the public transportation (bus) too, but it's limited to just a few stops comparable to all the beaches of the island.
Klima, as all the traditional villages can have some difficulties concerning parking. Mimallis guests can park for free at a private space 1 minute sand walk from the house.
